Plastic vacuum forming
We use a homebuilt plastic vacuum former from Hobby Vac, see more at http://www.build-stuff.com
Fast and simple process with moderate result.
Place the mold and seal with tape properly to avoid air leak.
Put the ABS sheet (1-3 mm thick) at the frame, fix with paper clip and start the heater.
Wait in a minute, swing the frame and press to the mold and switch on the pump.
Use negative mold for the best result. See the sample using 3 mm ABS plastic sheet.
