Worldwide shipping to most country. Buyer must provide shipping address in the detail. We will send the quotation with options based on your inquiry. We only ship to confirmed physical address only after we received the payment. All of the items we sell are brand new and come securely packaged.

We accept electronic payments via Paypal ( preferred for international buyer)
Local bank transfer (preferred for domestic buyer) via BCA or BNI.

Note for International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Discount:
We offer a limited discount policy for multiple purchases. We cut the price by formula, please contact us for special price.

Shipping and handling:
International shipping with options:
- Express Delivery Service using EMS (Speedpost), see the rates.
Estimated time of delivery 3-7 days.
- Regular Air Mail (which is cheaper but takes much longer), see the rates by country name A-G, H-R and S-Z.
Estimated time of delivery 2-3 weeks.
For domestic buyer we use Pos Indonesia courier service with options:
- Pos Express, next day delivery. See the rates.
- Paket Pos Kilat Khusus, 1-5 days delivery. See the rates.
- Paket Pos, 3-6 day delivery. See the rates.
Please indicates your most appropriate service type, we use rates in the period of validity.

We charge actual shipping charges based on product weight, shipping classification and buyer zip code or country code, plus costs of packaging, plus a handling fee plus the costs of insurance, if applicable.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address given by the purchaser, shipping fees must be repaid before shipment otherwise a refund of the purchase price only will be given. Purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange of the purchase price less shipping cost within 7 days. Any order returned because of an error on the part of Artful Balance will be refunded all costs.

The shipping calculator is not always correct so any excess shipping paid will be refunded.
