Rear sign and stop lamp unit

This is new tail stop lamp for Toyota FJ Land Cruiser. After 15 years driving pleasure, we found disadvantages of the OEM parts. Malfunction by dirt and rust is common problem for tropical use. We apply LED system in a waterproof case using vacuum forming parts.
LED (Light Emiting Diode)

Mostly working in the range of 3-4 Volts. A series of 3-4 LEDs should working well for 12V.
Pattern
This is the design pattern for tail-stop lamp (rear right). A group of 12 Red LEDs (left) is for dimmed and stop sign. A group of 8 White LEDs (center) is for reverse. A group of 12 Yellow LEDs (right) is for turn sign.

PCB layout
Schematic is not drawing yet but this is the PCB layout.

Vacuum parts
The lens is made of transparent plastic, mirror like finish reflector, and back cover in solid white. All parts will secure with rubber seal.
